+ The main objective was to improve the overall appearance of the machine, establish the brand visual elements and appearance of the overall character, and improve brand recognition.
+ The edge design connecting the two areas highlights the sense of smooth line design and the overall visual sense of the appearance, and at the same time, it provides additional support function for the area door.
+ Reduction in the number of screws used for the connection through excellent structural design.
+ Fully transparent design, so that the system can be easily observed during operation.
+ Rapid identification of the machine's operating status, with clearly visible lights on the door indicating where maintenance is required, where material needs to be added, or where a fault has occurred.
+ Instead of the previously integrated heavy-duty display, we have adopted a “robotic touch screen”, which allows the machine to be easily operated from most positions.
+ The recognizable exterior design, with its eye-catching CMF design, establishes the Heino Ilsemann brand as a recognizable brand and brand label in the marketplace.
