+ Pre-diagnosis of product definition, integration of low-frequency product requirements, saving 12 sets of mold waste: We learned that the customer needs to face 7 usage scenarios before design, and planned 7 products to cope with the customer's needs on design. After in-depth understanding of the tender content and communication with the customer's R&D team, we decided to plan two products to cope with the 7 scenarios, which greatly improves the channel input-output ratio, saves at least 12 sets of new molds, and saves millions of dollars in costs for the customer.
+ Duct simulation simulation, the whole machine temperature is reduced by 12 degrees, and the daily power consumption is reduced by 200 watts: the large volume of traditional industrial servers is mainly to cope with the high temperature brought by high energy consumption. We have carried out an all-round heat sink hole design, which reduces the turbulence in the box to a certain extent, and can be adapted to liquid cooling technology retrofitting to improve the cooling efficiency. Through the air duct design, we have achieved the goal of lower power consumption and a temperature drop of 12 degrees!
+ Elegant 5 ° tilt angle, improve the efficiency of the fan, the use of air pressure inside and outside the box to enhance the cooling efficiency: most of the server work scene for the hot environment, we adjusted the angle and area of the entry air inlet, so that each “granular air inlet” is a pressurized device, the use of wind pressure to make the internal temperature is lower than the external overall, to achieve the whole machine cooled down.
+ The whole machine is injection molded with raw materials, without adding surface technology, through a deep understanding of the mold design to achieve high-quality appearance: the secondary surface treatment process will produce aging and corrosion in special scenarios, we give full play to the characteristics of the molds in the design, and in the production of quality supervision, and ultimately let the physical product even if you do not use any secondary technology, but also have a higher quality of presentation.
+ Two ways of placement, space-saving, more convenient to check the status of the equipment: vertical and horizontal, do not affect the efficiency of heat dissipation, but also more flexible to adapt to the space. In the design we skillfully make the air inlet and outlet into an embedded suspended state, to ensure that the product working conditions, convenient equipment status light according to the user's special needs to view.
